Architectural Trees Garden 3/18/2010

Early Spring in the garden. Having gardened now for 26 years in the same location ( sort of like the bat ), the one gallon sized plants have reached some respectable sizes. Early spring is a particularly beautiful time here as the grasses haven’t yet started to grow and the Prunus mume, Cornus mas, and Magnolia denudata all bloom around the same time.

Great picture John!! Definitely post pictures more regularly. Dad tells me everything looks so lush right now, especially after the rain.
